Ich hatte kürzlich ein Problem mit meinem Auto und wandte mich an den Abschleppdienst Bröker. Nach langem Warten erhielt ich eine Botschaft, dass sie aufgrund von Personalmangel nicht in der Lage wären, ihren regulären Service anzubieten. Ich fühlte mich frustriert und im Stich gelassen. Die fehlende Unterstützung und Kommunikation waren enttäuschend. Ein wirklich unzuverlässiger Partner in einer Notsituation.

Der Service ist momentan unzuverlässig und die Erreichbarkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist frustrierend, ständig nach Öffnungszeiten zu fragen. Enttäuschend.
